Returns & Refunds

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to organize an exchange or store credit.  Your item must be in its original packaging and in its original condition for your exchange to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the place of faulty items only.

 
Stockists / Wholesale Enquiries

If you’re a shop looking to add Lux bubs to your store, please send through a request via the ‘Contact Us’ tab. Include as much information as you can and we will be in touch with you shortly. All stockists will be listed on our website.
